How do I take payment for sales I make through my shop?

We integrate with Stripe, Paypal, and Worldpay and you can set up accounts and integrate these into your SimpleShop store very quickly. You also have the option to take payments offline.

Can I upgrade and downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. Just select the plan in your subscription and payment area, and confirm and you can instantly change tier, no need to wait until the following month. If you are upgrading you may have to pay the difference between your old and a higher tier until the new month’s bill.

Can I sell unlimited products and have unlimited sales volume on a Basic plan?

Yes you can, there are no restrictions on sales volume and number of products listed on any plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can delete your shop in the subscription and payment area at any time, but we would be very sad to see you go! If you decide to come back we can usually restore your shop from backup.

Do I need my own hosting?

Not at all, SimpleShop is a full service ecommerce platform, allow users to build online stores that are hosted on our platform.

How do I get a completely custom theme?

Contact us! We develop 100% custom themes for the platform, and this will be done to a specification based on your brief.

What is the Enterprise tier?
